Refund Policy

No refunds
All payments for Boloky subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, or accounts that remain inactive while a subscription is running.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
Exceptions required by law
Some jurisdictions grant consumers statutory rights that cannot be waived, such as a withdrawal period or refunds for services not provided as described. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law. Where such rights apply, we will honor them.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. If we confirm a billing error on our side, we will correct it and refund the erroneous amount.
